I want to be included as one of the initial 100 contractors to have a headache free insurance claim project with the Restoreproof pilot factoring program. (Don't you just love how marketing guys write?)

This is not a contract. We are setting up a pilot program to provide 100 contractors with "easier processing and faster payment" for their insurance claims work. We only want to know if you are interested being one of this special 100. Sending us this letter says only that you are interested, not that you are obligated, in using our services. Naturally, we assume that you will be as accurate as possible, or why bother with sending the letter in the first place.

So, now that you have survived our lawyers and our marketing team, let's get down to business.
